Project Managers will support technical teams and vendors to deliver effective, timely plans that meet the Client's requirements, in line with project governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver projects by defining scope, forming teams, and engaging stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project documentation for leadership review.
- Secure necessary resources and coordinate end-user input.
- Track progress to ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
- Maintain key project documents, including risk/issues logs, plans, and decision trackers.

- Delivery of IT infrastructure projects
- Budget, scope, schedule, and risk management
- Use of standard project management tools and practices
- Experience with public procurement and the public sector
- Managing Windows desktop/laptop and MS Office upgrade projects
- Managing Windows Server OS and related application upgrades
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Collaborating across IT teams to deliver balanced solutions while managing conflicting priorities
- Addressing security and operational requirements
- Managing external vendors, including data center, security, and application providers
