My Multinational client who is based in Shannon is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This role is initially a contract role for 6 months with the view to going perm for the right candidate. This role is Monday to Friday in the office.

Duties:

  • Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
  • Plan meetings
  • Schedule appointments and update calendar
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively and co-operatively with management and other employees.
  • Carry out any other duties as required in line with meeting the company’s objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous recent experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of professionalism and energy and coupled with a willingness and ability to handle responsibility with a flexible and innovative approach
  • In-depth understanding of office management/daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
