My Multinational client who is based in Shannon is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This role is initially a contract role for 6 months with the view to going perm for the right candidate. This role is Monday to Friday in the office.
Duties:
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
- Plan meetings
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Make travel arrangements and reservations.
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively and co-operatively with management and other employees.
- Carry out any other duties as required in line with meeting the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous recent experience in a similar role.
- A high level of professionalism and energy and coupled with a willingness and ability to handle responsibility with a flexible and innovative approach
- In-depth understanding of office management/daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
