Senior Admininstrator
My client who is based in Dundrum, Co.Tipperary is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. This role is an immediate start for the right candidate and after the initially few weeks of training will be a Hybrid role
3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
Duties:
- General clerical work, e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails.
- Working as part of a team
- Providing the highest quality standards in customer service
- Maintaining high quality records in a thorough and organised manner
- Checking all work thoroughly to ensure it is completed to a high standard
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous administrative experience of at least 2 years
- Excellent Communication, Organisational and Time Management skills
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative or in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess excellent IT skills - especially Excel
