About the Role:
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with children and young adults with various physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. You will assess their needs, create therapy plans, and use play-based and therapeutic interventions to support their progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children’s strengths and challenges
- Develop personalised therapy plans and goals tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
- Support children in improving their independence and daily functioning
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes
- Track progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in children's disability
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with CORU registration
- Permission to work in Ireland
- Professional approach to work
- 3 years exp for senior
- Own car with full licence
