FRS Recruitment are working with a leading and well-respected provider of services for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are looking for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team in Dublin.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred OT services across residential, day, and community-based programs.

Complete comprehensive assessments and design individualised intervention plans.

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary group of professionals: psychologists, SLTs, physios, and nurses to ensure holistic, top-tier care.

Support families and caregivers with expert guidance that improves outcomes and quality of life.

Drive service improvements, innovation, and professional development across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:

CORU-registered Occupational Therapist with a relevant degree.

Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
-
Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
-
Team player with a proactive, flexible approach.
-
Full driving licence and access to your own car.
