As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Senior Marketing Manager will take ownership of executing a results-focused annual marketing plan, managing a talented marketing team, and overseeing a robust marketing budget. This is a strategic, hands-on role suited for an ambitious marketeer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to align on strategy and direction.

Collaborate weekly with the Ecommerce Manager to integrate offline and online marketing efforts.

Partner with Heads of Sales and Retail to ensure marketing needs are met, with bi-weekly reviews.

Lead, develop, and motivate the marketing team, ensuring delivery of the Marketing Plan.

Manage vendor relationships, conduct evaluations, and ensure clear, effective briefs.
Strategic Marketing Planning:

Execute the Marketing Plan within budget, ensuring alignment with brand values.

Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
-
Deliver monthly progress and budget reports, and present marketing metrics (KPIs) regularly.
Team Development:

Conduct weekly one-on-ones with team members to review performance and development.

Facilitate internal communications to align marketing with wider business goals.

Lead engaging weekly team meetings and monitor role effectiveness within the team.
Campaign & Brand Management:

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL advertising and PR.

Oversee all brand activity across multiple territories.

Monitor competitor activity and align marketing with sales strategies.

Manage relationships with creative and media agencies for ongoing campaign optimisation.
🎓 Skills & Experience Required:

3+ years in a senior marketing role with team management responsibilities.

Degree or qualification in Marketing is essential.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience working with external marketing agencies.

Track record of delivering impactful, measurable campaigns.
