About the Role:
A growing company in Mallow is seeking a skilled Logistics Co-ordinator, Shipping Co-ordinator, or Export Coordinator
to join their team. This hands-on, on-site role focuses on managing export shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, and handling sea and air freight bookings, primarily to Germany and China.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate export shipments from order to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and 3PL providers

Track shipments and resolve issues with freight partners

Ensure all shipping documentation meets export regulations and customer requirements

Manage Dangerous Goods compliance (DGSA qualification preferred)

Plan logistics schedules and prioritise shipments with internal teams

Monitor shipping costs and timelines to improve efficiency
Key Requirements:

Experience in logistics, shipping, or transport coordination

Knowledge of export processes, sea and air freight, and 3PL management

DGSA qualification or willingness to complete training

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills

Proficient in MS Office and logistics management systems
