What you’ll do
-
Represent my client on construction projects (Employer Led & Turnkey).

Liaise with design teams, contractors, local authorities and funders.

Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and funding requirements.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and project quality.

Provide clear reporting and updates to the Development Manager and Board.
What you’ll bring
-
A degree in construction/development (e.g., Engineering, QS, Construction Mgmt, Architecture).
-
3–5 years’ experience in construction project delivery.
-
Strong understanding of planning, building control, and construction regs.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
A full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
Bonus points for project management qualifications or housing/AHB sector experience.
