Our client is a leading forklift driver training company, and is looking for an ambitious Sales & Training Coordinator. This is a varied and exciting position where you’ll combine business development
with end-to-end coordination of training programmes, helping to drive the continued growth of our training division.
Seeking someone with both a strong sales mindset and excellent organisational skills.
You should be equally comfortable picking up the phone to generate leads as you are managing processes to keep everything running smoothly.
Sales & Training Coordinator
In this hands-on role, you’ll split your time between developing business and managing training processes:

Proactively generate new sales opportunities through email, calls, and follow-up of inbound leads to support our field sales team.

Build strong relationships with existing and repeat customers, helping grow our forklift driver training division.

Manage the full training process — from scheduling instructors to issuing invoices.Maintain and improve our database of prospects and customers, ensuring all activity is accurately logged.

Respond to customer queries quickly and professionally, providing clear information and solutions.

Support company lead generation initiatives and general sales administration.
Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in Sales, Telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.

Proven ability to develop leads and achieve business growth.

Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills — able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM experience a plus).

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
