What You’ll Do

Build strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and specifiers.

Promote and upsell building materials and brands

Prepare quotations, account plans, and project proposals to meet sales targets.

Manage commercial aspects of projects and ensure contract compliance.

Record visits, maintain customer data, and support cross-functional team goals.

Ensure adherence to payment terms, claims management, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in building material sales(builders merchants, construction, or B2B in construction).

Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

Target-driven, organised, flexible, and proactive.

Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT literacy.
