As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will:

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales & marketing team to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

Forge and nurture relationships with corporate partners, luxury travel clients, and high-profile accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities – always staying one step ahead.

Collaborate closely with the Executive team to craft dynamic marketing campaigns, sales action plans, and annual revenue budgets.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in sales and marketing within a 4- or 5-star luxury property.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex strategies and multi-channel campaigns.

A third-level qualification in a relevant field.
