Sales Executive
In your new role you will provide an efficient and positive customer service, offering advice in relation to products, handle cash and issue sales invoices. You will be focusing on sales of automotive parts and non automotive tools.
Your new role:
- Handle sales from front counter, telesales and email enquiries
- Process customer orders, provide product information, and assist with queries
- Order stock to fulfil confirmed orders for immediate resale
- Coordinate orders outbound with warehouse.
- Processing of cash sales invoices
- Cover warehouse related duties as and when required
- Replenish stock on the shelves
Who are you:
- Friendly and personable attitude creating good customer relationships
- Computer literate demonstrating good systems accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Avid interest in Parts, Tools & Equipment
