In this Sales / Business Development role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and work within the existing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, air conditioning, service and maintenance sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as competitor activities.
- Use CRM system to manage daily activities and report regularly to Sales Director.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong proven experience in sales
- Ability to generate new business, as well as manage and grow existing client relationships.
- A willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as required.
Base salary of €60k plus uncapped commission to achieve an OTE of €100k+, company vehicle and opportunities for career progression are on offer.
