Our client is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of high-performance windows and doors, with Showrooms in Athlone, Co Westmeath - Seeking a dynamic Sales Representative

You'll spend 1–2 days a week based in the Showroom, welcoming walk-ins and managing enquiries, followed by 3 days out in the field across Midlands. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with homeowners (new build and refurb.), building contractors, and architects, helping them find tailored solutions from our high-performance product range.

An outgoing, customer-first individual who thrives in a dual-role environment — balancing in-showroom engagement with proactive field sales. Proven Sales Experience - Essential
Ideally in Construction, Interiors, or Home Improvement - but not essential

Showroom & Field Sales

  • Host and advise homeowners and professionals visiting the Athlone showroom.
  • Prospect and develop strong pipelines through referrals, site visits, and networking
  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and architects
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Liaise closely with the Estimating Department and Site Coordinator for smooth project execution
  • Manage new and existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service at all touchpoints.
  • Submit and follow up on orders, quotes, and deposits using product literature and price lists.
  • Keep management updated with daily reports, weekly call plans, and monthly territory reviews.
