An established international manufacturer is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Midleton. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work closely with the European Sales Team and support the Sales Support & Systems Manager in daily operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting customers, and contributing to sales campaigns and projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and modify new and existing customer accounts

Liaise with the European sales team to update and maintain internal records

Create new accounts on the B2B platform, providing training and support to users

Manage and update data across European B2B platforms

Review and approve access requests for online resources

Issue inventory updates to the sales team

Maintain and update customer contracts and agreements
-
Audit customers’ online sales platforms as required

Manage and update the Sales Support Helpdesk

Assist with sales campaigns, pre-season orders, updates, and audits
-
Participate in projects to support evolving business needs

Carry out additional tasks as required
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines

Flexible, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills

Strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel; ERP experience (e.g. JD Edwards) an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks with good analytical skills

Fluent in English

Third-level qualification in Business or IT-related field
