We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Account Executive
for a Tralee based business that operate in the FMCG sector. Long established, the client is going through a period of expansion and are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team.
As a Sales Account Executive
you will manage the FMCG accounts across your area which could include Kerry or parts of Limerick or North Cork areas.
The role
will be focused on driving sales, strengthening relationships clients and organising the van delivery rosters.
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing customer accounts within your assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, symbol groups, wholesalers and catering outlets
- Ensure optimum product availability and visibility within the stores.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records through CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 years field sales or account management experience in FMCG ideally.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Full clean drivers licence.
