An established and internationally recognised leader in Fire Protection Systems is currently seeking a Revit Technician to join their expanding design team. With approvals to design, manufacture, install, service, and commission systems to the highest global standards, this organisation delivers award-winning expertise in Fire Sprinkler Protection, Foam Systems, Gas and Mist Suppression, and Special Hazard Fire Protection.

About the Role

As a Revit Technician, you will support the design and engineering teams in delivering precise 2D and 3D drawings for fire protection sprinkler systems. Working on high-profile projects, you'll produce technical drawings for both mechanical and electrical installations. This position plays a key role in ensuring documentation accuracy and supporting seamless communication with operations and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality Revit drawings for mechanical and electrical fire protection systems.

  • Support design activities and ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures.

  • Collaborate with project engineers and installation teams to resolve coordination and design issues.

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparing project submittals.

  • Create hydraulic calculations using industry-approved software.

  • Update project documentation based on site and team feedback.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Revit Technician or similar role in engineering.

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Relevant qualification in Revit, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent attention to detail and technical drawing skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Fluent English speaker.

  • Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
