Temp Social Care Worker - Donegal – ID Sector
FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Temp Social Care Worker to join a leading service in Donegal. This organisation provides a range of services including specified regulatory services and a range of family support services. In your new role you will:
- Plan, implement and evaluate care plans, placement plans and treatment programmes as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the written and verbal reporting of general and individual treatment programmes.
- Be familiar with Health Service Executive policies and procedures local and national and ensure that such policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and deliver one-on-one needs identified.
- Ensure that all information relating to clients, their families, staff colleagues etc is treated in a thoroughly professional manner, in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, data protection legislation and Freedom of Information.
- Maintain standards of practice and levels of professional knowledge by participating in continuous professional development initiatives and attendance at courses as appropriate.
To be a successful candidate you will have:
- A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the area of ID and family support services.
- CORU registration completed/ started.
- A full clean driver’s licence.
