FRS Recruitment is partnering with a national healthcare service that manages nurse-led blood collection clinics to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager II for a full-time, long-term agency role based in Limerick.
This service plays a vital role in supporting the healthcare system by ensuring the safe and efficient collection of blood and blood products. The CNM II will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality donor experience while maintaining clinical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day clinic operations

Manage and support nursing and clinical staff

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Oversee staff training, documentation, and audits

Support service improvements in line with strategic goals
Requirements:

Registered with NMBI (live register)

At least 5 years post-registration experience, with 2 years in a relevant clinical area within the last 3 years

Previous management experience

Recent (within last 2 years) evidence of continuous professional development

Strong written communication and IT skills

Full driving licence
