Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, this exciting opportunity gives an experienced Talent professional the autonomy to grow the talent function and support a new, thriving organisation undergoing rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full recruitment life cycle for all operational positions, from workforce planning through to on boarding.

Develop and deliver a scalable hiring strategy that aligns with organisational growth plans.

Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies to ensure cost control and high-quality hires.

Create and manage effective attraction channels, including job boards, social media, local advertising, employee referral programmes, and partnerships with colleges and community groups.

Strengthen the employer brand and enhance the candidate experience; produce recruitment marketing materials and maintain careers pages.

Implement and continuously improve an ATS and recruitment analytics, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and retention at 3/6/12 months.

Ensure full compliance with Irish employment legislation and sector-specific requirements (e.g., Garda vetting, safeguarding checks, and relevant HIQA standards).

Manage recruitment budgets and supplier contracts, including negotiating agency rates.

Provide senior leadership with timely reporting and forecasting on hiring progress, pipeline health, and emerging risks.
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience in the healthcare sector desirable but not essential.
- Degree or CIPD qualification (or working towards).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS and recruitment analytics.
- Track records of scaling recruitment in growth environment.
- Full, clean driving license.
