Position: Permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: €32,000 - €35,000
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the face of their company. The ideal candidate is organised, communicates effectively, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Answer and direct calls
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for service/repair
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong organisational skills
