Receptionist/Office Administrator

Location: Castleisland, Co. Kerry
Working hours: Mon-Friday, 9-6pm
On behalf of our client, an established Kerry based motor dealership, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator involves handling a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate Department or individual.
- Data input of clients and services
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
