I am currently recruiting for two Receptionist positions (one full-time and one part-time) on behalf of a busy care and rehabilitation centre based in Oranmore, Co. Galway. These are permanent roles offering a friendly and supportive working environment with flexibility on hours and days, depending on the candidate’s availability.
As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, helping to create a warm and professional atmosphere while supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and manage incoming calls and emails

Maintain front desk operations including logging visitors and coordinating appointments

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, post, and data entry

Support the management team with general clerical duties

Uphold GDPR and confidentiality standards at all times
Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (healthcare setting desirable but not essential)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Salary: €14.50–€16.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
-
Part-Time: 3 days per week (flexible days) with occasional weekend cover
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week, depending on role.
