I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected business in the agricultural sector for a Part-Time Receptionist /Administrator based near Thurles.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team in a varied and people-focused role. The successful candidate will provide both reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Answering calls and handling customer queries professionally
- Opening customer accounts and checking balances using internal systems
- Providing confidential administrative support to the General Manager
- Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident dealing with clients/customers over the phone
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Working Hours:
- 3 days per week (Mon–Wed, 9am–5pm) from July to March
- 5 days per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) from April to June
Some flexibility can be offered for the right candidate
