Key Responsibilities

Managing project costs from pre-contract through to final account

Preparing cost plans, budgets, valuations, and final accounts

Measuring works and preparing monthly valuations

Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations

Assisting with tendering and cost reporting

Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
Requirements
-
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
-
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering
-
Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full driving licence
