Location: Cork | Hours: Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–3:30pm

Their bioceutical division has seen remarkable growth over the last decade, driven by strong innovation and an exciting pipeline of new products.

The QA Specialist Job

As QA Assistant, you’ll join a small, dynamic Quality team (3 people) working across both administration and hands-on quality tasks. No two days are the same – you’ll be contributing to high standards that ensure products are safe, compliant, and trusted globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting quality operations, documentation, and procedures.

Maintaining and updating files (SOPs, HACCP, QMS documents).

Carrying out scheduled internal audits.

Managing non-conformance logs and logging customer complaints.

Assisting with investigations, root cause analysis, and complaint close-outs.

Preparing for and supporting external/customer audits.

What we’re looking for

A degree in Food Science or a related discipline.

1–2 years’ QA experience, or strong graduates with a relevant internship.

HACCP training is a plus.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset.

Your own transport (public transport isn’t available to this site).
