About the Role:
We are seeking a Newly or Recently Qualified Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career. A perfect opportunity for Accountants seeking a transition from practice to industry and take on a broad, hands-on role within a growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across the full finance function and contribute to strategic business decisions.
You’ll be involved in everything from day-to-day financial operations to high-level reporting and contract analysis. If you're ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a business that values initiative and development, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance operations including bank reconciliations and purchase invoice processing
- Assist in month-end close and preparation of financial reports for senior leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Contribute to the review and analysis of multi-year, multi-million euro contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
- Continuously improve processes and controls within the finance function
Requirements:
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
