QC Analyst – Cell Culture & Assays
Ready to kickstart your scientific career? A Cell-Based Assay team have an opening for a QC analyst to join them and work with cell culture and bioassay techniques in a GMP-regulated lab. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow in a supportive, science-driven environment.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out cell-based potency assays and support the transfer and validation of new methods.
- Grow and maintain mammalian cell cultures and cell banks.
- Use microscopy to monitor cell health, count, and viability.
- Handle samples in LIMS and keep data accurate and compliant.
- Help create SOPs, protocols, and reports that meet GMP standards.
- Get involved in lab investigations and continuous improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Some experience with aseptic cell culture and in-vitro assays (academic, industrial, or placement).
- A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on lab work.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about regulatory guidelines and GMP.
