Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily HACCP implementation on the shop floor

Coach operators to embed a strong food safety mindset

Manage micro testing (swabbing, validation, shelf life)

Ensure product quality from intake to dispatch

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Lead CI projects and support 5S practices
-
Collaborate with production and technical teams
What You’ll Bring

Degree in Food Science (or related)
-
Experience in BRC-accredited food production
-
Strong HACCP and quality systems knowledge

Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills

Conscientious with a continuous improvement mindset

Proficient in MS Office; database skills a plus

Confident communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team
