What you’ll do
-
Carry out property inspections, surveys, and defect diagnosis
-
Oversee responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance works
-
Manage contractors and ensure quality standards are met
-
Support colleagues and tenants with technical advice
-
Maintain accurate asset and property records
What you’ll need
-
Degree in Building Surveying(or equivalent experience)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or surveying
-
Knowledge of housing maintenance, building pathology & health and safety
-
Strong reporting and communication skills
-
IT literacy (Microsoft Office; AutoCAD desirable)
-
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
