Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Group Capital Expenditure Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple capital and property development projects from initial concept through to completion.
You’ll take ownership of projects across the Group’s property and infrastructure portfolio, ensuring full compliance with public procurement guidelines and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of capital and property development projects from concept to handover.

Manage design team procurement, tenders, and construction delivery in line with Group policies.

Prepare detailed project scope and feasibility documentation.

Liaise with planning authorities, consultants, and statutory bodies to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Oversee cost management, variation approvals, and progress reporting.

Provide technical support and project updates to the Executive Management Team.

Promote sustainability and innovation across all project activities.
Experience & Qualifications

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Architecture.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing construction or capital investment projects.

Strong knowledge of public procurement, design team management, and contract administration.

Proven track record in delivering projects from feasibility through to completion.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with AutoCAD or MS Project is advantageous.
