Overview
A well-established roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects across Dublin and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage flat roofing and metal/zinc roofing installations, supervise site teams, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple roofing projects across the Dublin/Greater Dublin Area, with a strong focus on flat roofing systems.

Work closely with the existing site manager, progressing to full independence once familiar with company processes.

Provide hands-on site management, overseeing daily operations, installation quality, and technical issue resolution.

Supervise teams on site, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and performance management.

Oversee installation of flat roofing, zinc/metal roofing, and other roofing systems as required.

Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and maintaining accurate safety documentation.

Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

Manage material orders, delivery scheduling, and stock control to support efficient project timelines.

Prepare regular progress reports and maintain up-to-date project records.

Carry out on-site tasks that require a good level of physical fitness to ensure safe and effective work practices.
Requirements

Proven experience in roofing project management, preferably within flat roofing.

Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (flat roofing, zinc/metal roofing, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the construction industry.

Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Dublin and surrounding areas.
