About the Role
My client, a leading Irish contractor with over 120 years in the industry, is expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager
to oversee an exciting commercial development in Limerick City.
Key Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering (additional qualifications a plus)
-
5+ years’ project management experience here in Ireland, ideally with a main contractor
-
Skilled in ASTA or MS Project planning software
-
Proven track record managing large projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
-
Experience in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, and Data Centres
-
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
-
Ability to interpret complex contractual documents
-
Flexible, adaptable, and detail-focused
-
Experience with services and structural steel construction an advantage
- Full Irish work rights
Main Responsibilities
-
Manage projects from initiation through to handover and review

Set and deliver on performance and client requirements
-
Ensure quality, compliance, and accurate project documentation
-
Collaborate with clients on KPI development and progress tracking
-
Plan and allocate resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors
-
Lead teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
-
Maintain high safety standards on site in coordination with the Site Safety Officer
