Working closely with Engineering, Installation & Commissioning Teams, Account Managers, and client stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning innovative ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple technical projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors for seamless project delivery
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables to maintain high performance and quality standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including safety and compliance plans
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience managing projects in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
