An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to lead and coordinate fire protection engineering projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with safety and industry standards.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines in coordination with leadership.

  • Oversee project execution, manage resources effectively, and ensure all milestones are achieved.

  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Track project progress and make real-time adjustments to maintain schedule and budget.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

  • Participate in technical reviews and contribute to design decisions.

  • Support and mentor junior engineers as required.


Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.

  • Background in Fire and Sprinkler systems with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge in fire protection system design and installation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven project management skills, including resource planning and budget oversight.

  • Effective communicator, able to work with clients, team members, and senior leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or similar platforms.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
