You will be accountable for ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives, while coordinating multiple workstreams across the business and external partners.
Responsibilities
• Define, establish, and maintain the overall programme structure, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning business, technical, and supplier resources.
• Oversee the integration of new systems with existing enterprise applications.
• Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across all workstreams.
• Track and report progress against business case, budget, and timelines to senior stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Facilitate executive-level steering meetings and decision-making.
• Drive change management activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Lead, mentor, and support project managers and workstream leads.
• Manage resources and capacity planning across internal and external teams.
• Promote a collaborative, delivery-focused culture across diverse teams and geographies.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in programme management, ideally across ERP, CRM, or large-scale systems implementations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Programme/Project Management certification (e.g. PgMP, PMP, MSP).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and business processes.
• Results-driven with a highly motivated mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong track record in leading change and navigating ambiguity.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and governance.
