This is a hands-on leadership role, guiding the production team and ensuring high-quality output while supporting and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a production team to achieve daily operational goals

Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to quality and food safety standards (BRC and HACCP)

Support staff development, training, and onboarding

Monitor and maintain Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Requirements:

Proven experience leading a production team in the food industry

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Hands-on approach and attention to detail

Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
