About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients dynamic team on the Production Floor. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards, in line with the production plan, and in compliance with established operating procedures and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Meet daily and weekly production targets
- Adhere to existing systems and support continuous improvement efforts
- Accurately complete production documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain excellent personal hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, in line with company housekeeping standards
- Support cross-training efforts across different production roles
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management or Team Leaders
Experience & Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and quality practices
- Minimum of a Leaving Certificate qualification
- Desirable
- Previous experience in the food production industry
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
