About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong process engineering background to lead operations at their manufacturing site. The successful candidate will oversee production performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of operational excellence across all areas.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets and improve efficiency.

Oversee daily manufacturing operations and process performance.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage production documentation, process audits, and KPI reporting.

Coordinate project site works and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Proven experience in production and process management within manufacturing.

Strong technical problem-solving and leadership skills.
-
Hands-on approach with knowledge of Lean, CI, and Quality Systems.

Excellent communication, organisation, and team management abilities.
