Our client, based in Longford, a leader in their industry, is looking to take on a Shift Production Manager.

This Irish owned company, with facilities in other countries, is a growing, dynamic and innovative business with ambitious growth plans.

The production manager will report in to the Plant Manager, and be responsible for co ordinating activities of production personnel to achieve production output, and optimise manufacturing processes for increased productivity.

The Production Manager job involves managing a production team (50) on a rotating days and evening shift over 5 working days (Monday - Friday).

• Do you have Production management experience in a manufacturing/ modular building industry?
• Do you have strong analytical/ problem solving skills?
• Do you have the ability to read/understand architectural/engineering drawings?
