My client, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team and support both commercial manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Within this role, you will lead process improvement and validation projects while ensuring high technical standards and full GMP compliance across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse process and equipment data to identify optimisation opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with GMP
- Contribute to audit readiness and regulatory expectations
- Drive safety, energy efficiency and waste reduction improvements
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams
- Deliver training on process and equipment updates
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
- 3 plus years of experience in a regulated GMP or biotech environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
