About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager
to lead all aspects of a branch plumbing operation. The role focuses on driving sales, managing stock, developing business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Plumbing department, including stock levels, margins, and purchasing.

Achieve sales and margin targets.

Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the department.

Develop the Plumbing department and grow business opportunities.

Maintain high operational standards and efficiency.

Train and develop staff to ensure team effectiveness.

Oversee equipment and stock checks, maintaining optimum stock levels.

Contribute to the strategic and business plan in consultation with Senior Management.

Ensure a tidy, safe, and compliant working environment, safeguarding against loss and ensuring company policies are followed.
Knowledge & Experience

Significant experience within the Plumbing Industry.

Strong commercial and strategic acumen.

Proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets.

Health & Safety compliance experience.
-
People management experience desirable but not essential.
