OTC / Pharmacy Manager to join a brand new pharmacy opening this Autumn in Newbridge.
As Manager, you will be responsible for running the store and managing and motivating your team.
Key responsibilities as Manager;
- Drive sales of OTC/Cosmetics and actively manage the pharmacy budget.
- Ensure the operations of the store are executed with excellence
- Management of stock and cash in line with company procedure
- Engaging actively with customers and providing a high standard of customer service.
- Lead the team to be productive
- Encourage staff development through delegation of responsibilities.
- Administration of Store
- Actively manage the team; Ensure all team members are aware and have an understanding of their role and responsibilities in the pharmacy.
What we are looking for:
- Management/Senior staff experience
- Retail and dispensary experience - including cosmetics
- Confidence to take responsibility and make decisions
- Highly organised individual with good time management skills
- Can show flexibility in getting the job done when needed
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time role.
