FRS Recruitment on behalf of fantastic client is looking to recruit for the position of Payroll Migration Support Agent in Duleek Co.Meath for 6 month contract
Responsibilities
- Support new customers as they migrate data from their existing payroll systems to new system.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer queries by phone and email.
- Identify payroll issues, research solutions, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
- Walk customers through software features to help them use the software confidently and effectively.
- Test the software to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.
- Stay updated on payroll trends and employment legislation.
- Assist teammates by sharing knowledge and helping resolve customer queries.
- Provide additional support to the Payroll Support team during quieter migration periods.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
- Highly customer-focused with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Recent payroll experience and solid knowledge of payroll processes.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- A payroll or accounting qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
- Strong IT skills; knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a can-do approach.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Hybrid option available once all training is completed.
