FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Store/Parts Operator - Agri
on behalf of our client, who is a long-established player in both the Farm and Garden Machinery sectors in Ireland.
From their headquarters in South West Limerick, they represent some of the most popular brands in the industry including McHale, Abbey, Pottinger & Merlo.
Due to growth in the business, our Client is now seeking an additional member to join an experienced stores/parts team.
This role will suit candidates coming from a similar role or those with a strong interest in agri, looking to further their career.
- Monday - Fri (rotating Saturday [half day] Sept - May)
- 9am - 6pm with 1hr Lunch
Role:
• Ensure the speedy parts supply appropriate to the demand of the customer or in-house service department
• Ensure Supply times, parts issue and invoicing is correct
• Ensure that the appearance of the parts department contributes to the reputation of the business at all times.
• Accept telephone enquiries and e-mails in a timely manner - follow through to sale
• All administration paperwork should be clear and filed according to parts procedures
• Book in parts where necessary
Requirements:
• High standard of work with strong attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability to understand the parts and give advice to customers.
• An interest in agriculture and garden machinery applications.
