About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy HGV service depot in Santry. This role plays a key part in supporting workshop repairs by managing parts supply, stock control, and related administration. It’s a fast-paced environment where organisation, accuracy, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, plan, and deliver parts for workshop jobs

Liaise daily with technicians and suppliers

Manage stock, deliveries, and returns
-
Keep all records up to date, including job cards, pricing, and warranty claims

Provide support on the front counter and handle phone queries as required
Requirements
-
Previous experience in the motor trade – ideally within truck/trailer/HGV parts
-
Strong knowledge of parts and stock management
-
Confident with computer systems (Excel, Outlook, stock/order systems)
-
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure

Forklift licence an advantage
-
Must live locally to provide occasional call-out cover
