The Role
We're hiring a Parts Advisor for a busy HGV service depot in Santry. You'll support workshop repairs by managing parts supply, stock control, and systems admin. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where organisation, accuracy, and clear communication are key.
What You’ll Do

Pick, plan, and deliver parts for workshop jobs

Liaise with technicians and suppliers daily

Manage stock, deliveries, and returns

Keep records updated (job cards, pricing, warranty)

Support the front counter and phone queries when needed
What You’ll Need

Motor trade experience – truck/trailer/HGV background ideal

Strong parts knowledge and stock management skills

Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, stock/order systems)

Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure

Forklift licence is a bonus
-
Must be based locally for occasional call-out support
