Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Working Hours: Mon-Friday, 9am–5.30pm, will involve some Saturday work.
Salary: €30k - €38k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As a Parts Advisor you will have experience in a motor factor, dealership parts department, or similar automotive environment . This is a varied role involving parts sales, stock management, and delivering parts to our trade customers — so a full driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist retail, workshop, and trade customers with parts enquiries and orders
- Process orders accurately via stock systems
- Pick, pack, and deliver parts to local trade customers
- Maintain stock levels and support stock takes
- Build strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service, handling queries professionally
Requirements:
- Experience in a motor factors, dealership, or automotive parts role (preferred)
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full Irish driving licence (essential)
- IT-literate; experience with parts systems an advantage
