A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its mobile clinic team serving communities across the West of Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to work in a supportive, nurse-led environment, providing essential donor care and clinical services in line with national healthcare and safety standards.
This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse who wants to make a meaningful contribution to public health while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out donor screening, eligibility assessments, and venepuncture

Monitor donor wellbeing during and post-donation, responding to adverse events as needed

Ensure all clinical activities adhere to internal SOPs and external legislative standards

Record incidents and complaints accurately and promptly

Participate in audits and contribute to staff training and development

Provide cover across other clinics in the region as required

Act as Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) nominee when necessary
Requirements
Essential:
-
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) – any division
-
At least 2 years post-registration experience
-
Experience managing staff in a clinical setting

Evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Competence in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and clinical information systems
Desirable:

Full, clean driving licence
