Your Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives, encouraging independence and dignity
- Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding) with compassion and respect
- Facilitate social outings, community engagement, and leisure activities
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks in a safe, comfortable home environment
- Work with the care team to implement personalised care plans
- Keep accurate records and follow health & safety standard
What You Need:
- Residing in Ireland with the right to work
- QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support(all 8 modules completed)
- Previous experience in healthcare (ideal for HSE retirees ready for part-time work)
- A full Irish manual driving licence and willingness to drive Aurora vehicles
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for days, nights, and weekend shifts
